Where is my package?
Once your order is placed, processing typically takes 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri). After processing, delivery usually takes 5–7 business days (Mon–Fri) across the USA. If your package hasn’t arrived after this time, please contact our customer service at sales@dyyxon.com or call us at +1 346 506 4664.
Where can I find my tracking number?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with your Track & Trace information. Please check your spam or promotions folder if you don’t see the email. Note: the tracking link may take a few hours to activate after dispatch.
I’m not satisfied with my order.
No problem — we accept returns within 30 days of delivery if the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
